A 39-year-old man has been arrested by Tulsa Police on a sexual battery warrant after receiving complaints concerning the man's behavior. Tulsa Police arrested Daniel Ramirez after he was accused of sexually battering a 17-year-old boy while both were on a job site.

Tulsa Police say Daniel Ramirez touched the victim's chest and rear, while also touching himself and making inappropriate comments. Ramirez denies the allegations.

Ramierz was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a felony complaint of sexual battery.
