UNDATED (AP) _ Three Oklahoma natives had a big night Monday night in major league baseball.
Pitcher Jamey Wright of Oklahoma City and Westmoore threw seven shutout innings for Texas as the Rangers beat Oakland 4-1. Wright improves to 3-2 with the win.
Braden Looper of Mangum gave up just two runs over 6 1-3 innings as the St. Louis Cardinals beat Florida 5-3. Looper is now 7-7 on the year.
And Stillwater native Matt Holliday drove in three runs for Colorado in the Rockies' 10-8 win over Pittsburgh.
