MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A Muskogee County judge bound over for trial two men accused in the shooting death of a man outside his Muskogee home in April. Bryan Richard Russell, 20, is charged with first degree murder, and Cory Sylvester Logan, 21, is facing a charge of accessory to first-degree murder.
The two are charged in the April 19 shooting death of Gary Orman, 34, who was shot three times and died while being transported to a Tulsa hospital.
Orman's grandmother, Wilma Allen, testified Wednesday she was sitting in the garage and observed Russell shooting at Orman as Orman walked toward the garage.
Heather Orman said she was in the house when she heard several shots, ran outside and saw her husband fall on the garage floor.
Both defendants are scheduled to appear for arraignment in Muskogee County District Court in August.
