Hundreds of temporary homes will soon be on their way to Miami. FEMA is sending trailer homes from Hope, Arkansas to the flooded area. The Miami city council has approved an ordinance allowing residents to live in the trailers for up to six months. The trailers will be moved next week.
Hundreds of homes in Miami have major damage after the Neosho River crested last week at more than 14 feet above flood stage.
