An investigation is underway into a house fire near downtown Skiatook overnight. The fire broke out around 5 a.m. Wednesday at First and Osage in Skiatook.

Skiatook Police officers smelled smoke and drove around until they found it. When firefighters arrived, flames were shooting from the roof.

We are told the house was vacant. No one was hurt.
