SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ Three players and a coach with Oklahoma ties are in San Francisco for Tuesday night's Major League All-Star game.
Colorado outfielder Matt Holliday from Stillwater, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brad Penny of Broken Arrow, and Pittsburgh second baseman Freddy Sanchez from Oklahoma City University will play for the National League.
Minnesota manager Ron Gardenhire who grew up in Okmulgee will be a coach for the American League.
The game starts at 7 Tuesday in San Francisco.
