STILWELL, Okla. (AP) -- A 15-year-old Adair County boy and his mother are being charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of the boy's grandfather. Silverio Wolfe and Lorie Wolfe are accused of killing 61-year-old Jimmy Dean Wolfe.

Silverio Wolfe is being charged as an adult and he and his mother are being held without bail in the Delaware County jail.

Authorities say the two claim Silverio Wolfe shot his grandfather because the man was attacking him, his mother and sisters.
