PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Three Oklahoma men are among 19 people honored Friday with Carnegie medals for heroism in Pittsburgh. Police officer Tommy Barbee of Chandler helped save a man from a burning apartment in February 2006.

In a separate incident near Seminole in June 2006, Dale Hickman of Wewoka and Malcolm Morgan of Tulsa rescued a man from a car that had crashed and burst into flames.
