An Oklahoma legend was remembered this afternoon. Family, friends, and fans gathered to honor Henryetta hero Jim Shoulders at the hometown rodeo arena that bears his name. Shoulders won 16 world titles in his lifetime. No cowboy has ever topped that total.
Shoulders had some close calls in his career, but survived broken bones and reconstructive surgery.
He died from "a life well lived†at the age of 79.
