TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Tulsa police say a woman was killed in a crash on the Broken Arrow Expressway on Monday. The woman was reportedly merging onto the westbound lanes from Sheridan Road when she apparently swerved to avoid a disabled vehicle. It appears the woman then overcorrected, struck a retaining wall and was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
