NEW YORK (AP) -- Republican Rudy Giuliani is attempting to reassure voters about his health, telling reporters he's "perfectly healthy" and doesn't have cancer.
Questions surrounding Giuliani's health arose following a one-night hospital stay last week for what he describes as a headache. He canceled some campaign events but was back in New Hampshire over the weekend.
Giuliani was treated for prostate cancer seven years ago. He says he was tested for cancer three weeks ago and has been given a clean bill of health. He says his doctor will issue a full report after the holidays.
The comments came as the former New York City mayor continued his 14-year-old tradition of reading "Twas the Night Before Christmas" to needy children in Harlem.
