A 52-year old Tulsa man is dead and Tulsa Police have questioned his girlfriend. Police officers say the woman who lives at a condominium in the 8400 block of South College made the 911 call a little after 7 am Tuesday. Tulsa Police were responding to the domestic call when EMSA found the man dead on scene.

Police officers say the case is now being investigated as a homicide. The woman is being held for questioning.

"She's being interviewed by detectives. We're waiting to try and figure out what the crime scene investigators find out and see what comes from the interviews," said Tulsa Police Sergeant Kurt Dodd.

Police have not yet released the name of the two people involved in the incident. The condominium is part of a gated community called The Timbers.
