MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) _ Three women who own a winery near Broken Bow are asking a federal judge to allow them to keep the name of their business ``Girls Gone Wine.'' But the maker of the racy ``Girls Gone Wild'' DVDs that feature women exposing themselves claim the name is trademark infringement.

``Girls Gone Wine'' owners Chandra Rickey, Michelle Finch and Rhonda Reed say the name of their business was approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in February. Now they're asking a federal judge in Muskogee to uphold it.

``Girls Gone Wild'' founder Joe Francis predicts his lawyers will ``crush'' the Oklahoma businesswomen.

Francis is currently in jail in Reno, Nevada, pending trial on tax-evasion charges. He's also charged in Florida with conspiracy and using minors in a sexual performance.
