Despite the icy weather and in some cases, because of it, crime in Tulsa has not taken a break. Tulsa Police responded to more calls early Thursday as burglars take advantage of the power outage.
Among the targets was the T-Mobile store in the Fontana Shopping Center at 51st and Memorial. Around midnight, someone smashed in the front door and got away with cell phone accessories.
The facility has no power, so no burglary alarm went off.
