OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Okeene junior quarterback Dalton Brewer accounts for 202 yards and four touchdowns as the Whippets rout Woodland 31-0 in the Class A high school football title game.
Okeene finishes 13-2 and becomes became the eighth school to win consecutive state titles in Class A. Woodland closes at 14-1 as the Cougars managed only 194 yards of offense and committed three turnovers.
Brewer completed 12 of 23 passes for 138 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 64 yards and three touchdowns in cold, wet conditions on Saturday at Putnam City Stadium.
Brewer threw a 4-yard touchdown pass to Morgan Reinert and added scoring runs of 11 yards, 1 yard and 8 yards. Jacob Parrish also kicked a 32-yard field goal for Okeene.
