Fedora Visits Southern Miss

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) -- Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Larry Fedora was in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Friday to interview for the Southern Mississippi head football coach job.

The Hattiesburg American published a photograph on its Web site showing Southern Miss Athletic Director Richard Giannini and Fedora getting off a private jet about 11 a.m.

Southern Miss coach Jeff Bower resigned last week after 17 seasons but will coach the Golden Eagles through their December 22nd appearance in the Papajohns.com Bowl.
