OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An Arkansas man has claimed a $200,000 Powerball prize with a winning ticket he bought in Oklahoma. Edward Proctor of Springdale in northwestern Arkansas bought the ticket that matches the first five numbers in Saturday's Powerball drawing but missed the Powerball.

The winning numbers are 1, 7, 13, 23, 35, and the Powerball was 19. The Power Play multiplier is 5.

Proctor bought the ticket at a Station 2 convenience store in Watts on U.S. Highway 59 near the Oklahoma-Arkansas state line and says he plans to use some of the winnings to pay for his son's college education.

There was no grand prize winner in Saturday's drawing and the jackpot for Wednesday's drawing is worth an estimated $155 million.
