The Tulsa driver accused of hitting and killing five people faces first degree manslaughter charges. Kimberly Graham, 37, will also face one count of leaving the scene of a deadly accident. Graham is accused of slamming into five people just outside of the Backyard Bar on 12th and Memorial.

Crosses and flowers still mark the spot where the five victims died. And, there are other memorials on trucks in the parking lot and one wall inside the bar. The bar's owner, Danny Bell, is sponsoring a fundraiser this Sunday to raise money for the victims' families.

"It helps a lot. Because at this point that's the only thing that I can really do is to remember the victim's families and the children that they left behind. I can't do anything physically but I hopefully financially and try to help them out,” said Danny Bell, the owner of Backyard Bar.

The fundraiser will feature four bands and all of the money will be divided five ways to go to each of the families.
