COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Johan Franzen provided the deciding shootout goal and Detroit halted a three-game losing streak by rallying for a 5-4 win at Columbus.
The Wings trailed 4-3 until Henrick Zetterberg set up Pavel Datsyuk's equalizer with 4:50 left in regulation. Zetterberg finished with a goal and two assists as the Red Wings improved to 7-3-and-1 on the road.
Tomas Holmstrom and Pavel Datsyuk each had a goal and an assist, and Brett Lebda also scored.
Chris Osgood made 36 saves and ended the contest by stopping David Vyborny on the Jackets' fifth shootout attempt.
Nikolai Zherdev and Rick Nash had a goal and two assists for for the Blue Jackets, who've dropped six of seven, including two shootout defeats.
