A gas line fire created problems near Sand Springs. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers had to close a section of state highway 41 after a natural gas line caught on fire.
The blaze sent smoke across 113th West Avenue. Both eastbound and westbound lanes were closed for a time on Sunday.
Fire crews arrived just as the flames began to spark a grassfire. They worked quickly and were able to knock down the flames in minutes.
