The attorney for a man accused of abusing children at a Delaware County day care says his client has reached a plea agreement.

The attorney says Delbert Boyd Luper will plead guilty to 18 charges of child abuse and be sentenced to 35-years in prison.

Luper and his wife, Evelyn, operated a day care center in Kansas, Oklahoma, until it was raided and shut down in April.

Evelyn Luper faces three abuse-related charges in the case and is set to go on trial in January.
