New information about an Oklahoma City house fire that killed six people this week. Clean-up has begun at the Oklahoma City home and flowers now replace the ashes.
Funeral services for the three adults and three children who died will be Friday morning. All the victims died from smoke inhalation when the home went up in flames Sunday.
Fire officials still don’t know how the fire started, but investigators found no smoke alarms inside the home. They believe the fire started on or near the front porch then spread to the back, trapping the victims inside. All 6 people were found in the garage.
Even though the home was located between two fire stations, it took the Oklahoma City Fire Department nearly two and a half minutes longer than its average time to arrive.
