An update on the death of a man killed outside a downtown Tulsa nightclub nearly 2 weeks ago.
Tulsa Police served search warrants, not arrest warrants, Thursday night at the First Street Alley bar, which is next to the Voodoo Room. They are two very popular downtown night clubs.
Officers seized business records to see who may have been there that night. Tulsa Police Sgt Mike Huff: "People have not cooperated one single bit in this investigation. It's pretty frustrating when you have to go this route in order to try to obtain cooperation".
The search comes from the death of Nelson Bolton on September 11th. Bolton was punched and knocked to the ground in a parking garage outside the Voodoo Room and died at the hospital.
Police suspect the man who punched Bolton is a former bouncer at the club.
