City officials in Bartlesville and Dewey are holding out for a better offer before they sell Bar Dew Lake.

The highest bid for the lake was just over $106,000. That's about a quarter of the property's appraised value.

The lake is co-owned by Bartlesville and Dewey and the cities will split the money from the sale.

The second round of bids is due by October 18th.
