Decision One holds a job fair

They've added a thousand jobs in just the past year and yet, no matter how many jobs "Decision One Call Center" adds, the flood of job seekers continues.

The numbers speak for themselves. But Decision One says it has had job fairs nearly every week for the past several weeks. And they say there's never a shortage of applicants.

Shae Rath with Decision One: "Oh no, that's for us and our customer, that's the great thing about the Tulsa area is we always have plenty of good applicants to bring in."

Job applicant Marie Newman: "I'm just kind of looking around for stuff that doesn't require a lot of experience, but it's really hard to find jobs right now."

Organizers say that while many applicants have little to no experience, others are highly trained people who've been out of work for months.

Nearly 200 job seekers showed up at the latest Decision One job fair.
