A former teaching assistant accused of using his cell phone to display obscene acts to a student at his Tulsa school will "not" go to jail.

28-year-old Timothy Ross Henderson pleaded guilty to a felony charge of exhibiting obscene material.

The judge granted Henderson a 5-year deferred sentence, which means no prison time. In fact, Henderson can have the case dismissed if he completes five years of probation.

Henderson served in Webster High School's in-house detention room in Tulsa.
