A Sequoyah County court jury is now seated and testimony begins in Daniel Fears murder trial.

The 20 year old Fears is accused of killing two people and wounding 8 others during a shooting spree in October 2002. Fears was arrested following a high speed chase.

He reportedly told the trooper who arrested him he shot people because aliens were "messing with his brain.
