A Nebraska man, Kelly Townsend, arrested in Tulsa during an under-aged Internet sex sting is headed to Federal Court Thursday morning.

The FBI says Townsend came to Tulsa with the intention of having sex with a 13 year old girl, instead he was met by federal agents.
