Two companies affiliated with Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa are suing the hospital and its new owner.

They say the hospital has violated lease agreements for medical buildings. The companies accuse Ardent, which purchased Hillcrest, and the hospital of breach of contract and conspiracy for trying to rewrite terms of the agreements.

Neither Ardent nor Hillcrest have responded to the lawsuit.
