OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A ceremony will be held at the Oklahoma City National Memorial Saturday night in honor of those who lost their lives in the September 11th terrorist attacks.
One of the speakers will be Andrew Rice, whose brother, David, was killed when a hijacked airplane slammed into the south tower of the World Trade Center.
David Rice was an investment banker and Oklahoma native who had just been transferred from Chicago to the New York office of his company.
Andrew Rice is a member of the September Eleventh Families for Peaceful Tomorrows. He opposes the war in Iraq and questions the reasoning behind the conflict.
