STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma State football team begins game day preparations for UCLA.

The Cowboys and Bruins open the 2004 season Saturday afternoon at the Rose Bowl.

OSU had a day off from practice Sunday.

The team will leave Stillwater on Thursday and practice at the Rose Bowl on Friday.

Kickoff is at 2:30 Saturday afternoon and UCLA is a one-point favorite.
