OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin led a group of women in a rally for President Bush Thursday, the 84th anniversary of women being given the right to vote.
Thursday was Women's Equality Day to mark passage of the 19th Amendment which gave women the right to vote.
About 40 Republican women gathered at the state Capitol to promote Bush's policies.
Terry Neese of the group Women Impacting Public Policy says more women work in the Bush White House than any previous administration.
