Two prison inmates will stand trial for the 2001 shooting death of a Pawnee County Sheriff.
A judge has ruled there's probable cause that James Taylor and Justin Walker committed the crime. They are each charged with first-degree murder and could be sentenced to death if convicted.
The two are accused of killing Pawnee County Sheriff Dwight Woodrell Junior. He was gunned down after interrupting a burglary at the Spess Drilling Company.
