A convicted sex offender is in custody, accused of abusing young children. Delaware County prosecutors have charged Calvin White with four counts of child sexual abuse and two counts of lewd acts involving a brother and sister, ages 12 and 14.
They expect to file even more charges this week. Investigators believe White began abusing the victims in 2000.They are not his children.
White was not required to register as a sex offender because his previous felony convictions came before the registration law.
