A father and son will stand trial on first degree murder charges for the shooting death of a bank security guard.

43-year-old Wade Lay and 19-year-old Christopher Lay are being held on first degree murder charges. They're accused of fatally shooting Kenneth Anderson in May.

Anderson died from injuries to his head and body during a shootout at the MidFirst Bank in Tulsa.
