A former Commercial Financial Services executive has received a settlement of more than $220,000 in her wrongful prosecution claim against the federal government.

Gertrude Brady sued to recover attorney fees incurred after federal charges were filed against her. The charges came despite an agreement she would not be prosecuted in exchange for her cooperation in the investigation.

Brady is the former director of investor relations for the now defunct Tulsa-based company.
