Tulsa Police have connected two people with a fire that destroyed a Hispanic church last month.

Jody Flatt was arrested after lying to investigators about her boyfriend's involvement in the fire near 8th and Troost.

Richard Buck admitted he was shooting fireworks over the church just before it burned to the ground July 3rd. Investigators don't believe Buck acted maliciously.

Flatt was arrested for obstructing justice. She faces a misdemeanor charge.
