A Copan woman faces more criminal charges over her Internet business practices.
30-year old Tonya Ketchum is charged in Washington County with five felony counts of violating the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act.
Ketchum and her 33-year old husband Michael pleaded guilty to nine counts earlier this year and were each ordered to pay more than $20,000 in restitution.
The couple is accused of selling items on the Internet, but never delivering them.
The state has also requested a temporary injunction to stop their business.
