One man is behind bars after ramming into the back of a Tulsa Police car early Thursday. Authorities say the driver of a van ran a stop sign and rear-ended a police car near Newton and Wheeling.
When the engine of the van stalled, the driver jumped out and ran off. The officer caught up to him, and arrested him about a block away.
Damage to the patrol car is estimated at $2,000. No one was seriously hurt.
