Tulsa Police have arrested a man they say stabbed a woman early Tuesday morning.

Police say 19-year-old Brandon Rice was trying to get a ride at the Walgreenâ€™s store at 15th and Lewis, when 51-year-old Pamela Woodward agreed to give him a lift.

Police say Rice attacked Woodward with a knife insider her truck. She ran to a house near Charles Page Boulevard and 40th West Avenue to call for help.

She has been hospitalized, we don't know her condition.

When police arrested Rice they say he appeared to be intoxicated.
