Tulsa Police are still trying to figure out how a Tulsa man died. And they want to know why his roommate didn't call police.

35-year-old Kevin Makers was arrested on a first degree murder complaint after officers were called to his home 916 North Main for disorderly conduct.

When they arrived, they found a 60-year-old man dead on the floor. Tulsa Police say the victim had been dead for several days. There was evidence of trauma.

The victim's name has not been released.
