A Tulsa man arrested for shooting at a downtown building faces some serious charges. Tulsa Police searched 32-year-old Bret Delozier's home near Brady and Main and called in the bomb squad.
Officers discovered several weapons including a rifle with a scope, a grenade launcher and a shotgun. And there were suspicious chemicals which could be used to create explosives. There were also security cameras in and around the building.
It all started Wednesday evening, when a 911 caller reported shots fired from a balcony. Delozier had his young son with him. Officers managed to get Delozier to surrender peacefully.
Tulsa Police Chief Dave Been: "The shop owner was very clear he saw a shotgun and assault rifle in each hand, the gentleman is very heavily medicated so he's not real responsive right now but cooperative."
Delozier is an ex-convict. He's accused of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of bomb-making materials and child endangerment.
