An Oklahoma man convicted of shooting his brother, and then dismembering his body has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Craig Gray pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter for the death of his brother, Brian Gray, last year. He also received 10 years probation.

Gray's former stepfather, Scott Epp, has been charged with first-degree murder in the case.
