Demolition work is already underway on the old Children's Medical Center near 41st and Sheridan.

The building which has been vacant for four years will be replaced with a new shopping center.

Tenants will include Best Buy and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Several other national restaurants and retailers are also expected.
