(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa Drillers ace Jeff Francis is moving up. Francis struck out 14 batters and allowed just one hit in seven innings last night in a 6-to-4 Tulsa victory against the Arkansas Travelers. After pitching at the All-Star Futures game next week, Francis will head to Triple-A Colorado Springs. Francis has had a remarkable stretch with the Drillers. The left-hander is 13-and-1 with a one-point-nine-eight E-R-A in 17 starts for Tulsa this season. His E-R-A is the lowest in Drillers' franchise history. He's also struck out 147 batters in 113-and-two-thirds innings. Tonight, the Drillers continue their four-game series against Arkansas. Justin Hampson will pitch for Tulsa against the Travelers' Nick Roberts. Game time is 7:05.
