One person is killed when he's hit by a truck early Wednesday morning. This one happened on the Sand Springs Expressway.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a woman headed westbound near Gilcrease Museum Road hit 21-year-old Ray Tillman Junior. Tillman had just crossed the guardrail and ran in front of the woman's truck.

A trooper saw the woman parked on the side of the road and went to investigate. Traffic had to be diverted for over an hour.

Officials say they don't expect to file charges against the woman.
