The rash of parking meter vandalisms in downtown Tulsa continued early Monday. Around 1 AM, a witness called Tulsa Police about a man breaking into a meter.

They gave police a good description and he was spotted a couple of blocks away. They recovered money and a meter.

Officers say the suspect wasn't very cooperative. Police are trying to identify him.
