(Enid-AP) -- The U-S Department of Transportation has proposed ending a subsidy for Mesa Airlines to provide flights to and from Enid and Ponca City by October first. The Transportation Department says the flights don't have enough passengers. State officials say the subsidy is necessary to maintain the Enid airport.
