An armed robbery suspect shot by an Owasso Police officer is out of the hospital and in the Tulsa County jail. Leslie Allen Barkley of Claremore allegedly robbed a Texaco gas station in Owasso on Monday night.
Owasso Police shot Barkley twice in the arm when he allegedly held a gun to a driver's head during an attempted carjacking just after the robbery.
Barkley faces more than a dozen complaints, which include five counts of first-degree robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
