(Carnegie-AP) -- A 19-year-old woman from Anadarko died this morning at Carnegie Hospital after her car ran into an embankment off State Highway 58 south of Carnegie.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports Dayna Jolene Goingkeen died of head and internal trunk injuries.
Goingkeen was driving a two-door 1999 Chevrolet at 12:40 this morning when she didn't follow a 90-degree turn in the road. Her car went off the highway to the right and struck an embankment.
Goingkeen's passenger, 19-year-old Snow Hines of Fort Cobb, was treated at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and released. Hines suffered internal and external trunk injuries.
